A building permit ensures construction complies with local, state and federal land use regulations. Building permits are required for new construction,  Tenant Improvement, change of use, additions, repairs, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, just to name a few.  In an effort to streamline the development process to determine what permits are necessary we encourage you to speak with a member of our Building Safety Department who can guide you in the right direction to complete the building permit process.
