A building permit ensures that construction complies with local, state, and federal land use regulations. Building permits are required for new construction, Tenant Improvement, change of use, additions, repairs, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing, just to name a few. In an effort to streamline the development process to determine what permits are necessary, we encourage you to speak with a member of our Building Safety Department who can guide you in the right direction to complete the building permit process.
